Don't know - Wireless audio receivers and adapters

I tried to contact the seller but to no avail. I bought this device to use Bluetooth headphones when looking at Chromecast. I'm not using a computer to connect, I have a monitor, headphones and Chromecast. I followed the instructions, but when I try to connect the headphones to the KINDRM Mini Wireless Bluetooth V5.0 receiver, nothing happens. I'm considering a return but hope the seller sees this bad review. and will respond with the information I need to make it work.
