I like how easy it was to set up, customize my queues for each of our stores very quickly with no need for any technical knowledge or training! It does not have as many features compared to some other systems but we are able use what's there easily enough. We also love being able to see who has accessed which areas in real time so if anyone starts working overtime they will get notified right away without having to wait until after hours when everyone else sees their work log. The fact that you can add multiple store codes at once makes this software super helpful since most companies do not support more than one location code per account - otherwise your customers would be getting confused about where to go next depending upon the state/city etc. Also great customer care from qminder team whenever needed!!
