I think order one size bigger.
This skirt is very cute and has definitely served her well.
My only complaint is that I had to order a size up because my daughter is curvy and we had to constantly drag her down.

- My daughter will wear it for her birthday photo. It's too cute!!
Cons
- It was too plastic feeling and a stinky odor emanated from it.
