We love this pepper mill! It's easy to use! Grinding peppers is nice! even better" because our peppercorns didn't have much flavor. FINALLY my "temporary" coffee grinder died and we bought this one. SUDDENLY we could taste and smell pepper! Same pepper, different degree of grinding and the DIFFERENCE alone was worth the purchase. CAPACITY: I was concerned because it didn't hold as many peppers as my cheap horrible old one, but it grinds so fine you don't have to worry! Peppercorns last MUCH longer than older ones. ARTISTRY: I assumed the pepper mill was made out of two pieces of wood, but damn, I was wrong! A piece is cut in two, then styled, shaped and assembled to match the grain of the wood perfectly! THAT IS BEAUTIFUL! HANDLING: This is clearly made by a company that understands you want to be comfortable using the product. It feels good in our hands, it's easy to use and seems to have been specially designed to make it amazing! DETAILS: The wood and metal parts are very well made! There is a piece of plastic that keeps the grinder centered and is well made too. EVERYTHING IS WELL MADE AND THOUGHT OUT!
