I wear a slim size 11 but decided to buy these shoes in their largest size 42 EU (which they come in at a size 11.5 -12 have). They just fit so I decided to pack a spare shoe as I was traveling around the UK for 3 weeks. But I wore these shoes every day and they were amazing! They felt a little stiff at first, I had to squeeze my feet in, but hold on! I have never had pain from a fallen arch in my left foot, the support has been the best. It rained, it snowed, I walked cobbled streets and frozen puddles. I have traveled mountains and climbed endless stairs. I once walked down a long muddy trail and my feet were never wet or really cold. I simply wiped off the stubborn dirt with damp kitchen towels and put the shoes back on the next day. The all black color allowed me to wear them to dinner and to the pub, they didn't look too "sneakers". Every day I swore to myself "I'll write a review when I get back" because I've never traveled in reliable shoes. So no complaints!
