My favorite running shoes!

Dansko, walking shoes in size. They're the best I've ever had. I walk my dog five miles every morning and this shoe gives you great support, a very comfortable healing cushion and balance, and fantastic all-terrain traction. They're a bit tight at first, but after a few walks, they adjust to your stride. I love it! Feet sweat in other shoes. They withstand heavy uphill and downhill walking and protect you from hard hits. I'm 55 years old and I go everywhere. This is my third pair.

NO RESULTS, ONLY REAL USER RESULTS!

I have tried everything known to man to relieve my Achilles tendon and plantar fascia including about ten different liners, 3D map liners, compression wraps, chiropractic, physical therapy and medication. Nothing helped so I decided to buy these shoes last to avoid laser surgery. You are a true miracle! I can walk without limping, my feet don't scream all day, my heels don't burn, and I can stand for long periods without the excruciating pain I used to have. Although I still have heel pain…

They are green gray

I said they only run big because I can wear a size 40, whereas I usually buy a size 41 and sometimes even a size 42, not by - because of the length but because of the narrower ones area of the arch of the foot. They are less restrictive in the bow, which I find with most danskos. I have a high instep and a wider foot so I love danskos and wear them, although they are tight in the instep they fit because the laces can be loosened in the instep. Dansko is wide enough for me, I always have…

The ONLY shoe I can wear to relieve my plantar fasciitis

Since developing plantar fasciitis over the past few weeks I have found that these are the ONLY shoes that provide pain relief and the i can wear Some days I have no pain at all until late at night when my legs get tired. I work at my desk, but as anyone with plantar fasciitis knows, sitting/resting can make or worsen the pain. Only with my Dansko Paisley shoes can I get through the day pain-free. This pair is my second pair that I ordered when plantar fasciitis started so I have a pair to…

Great support just for everyday use

This is the fourth or fifth pair of shoes I've bought this year looking for work shoes that won't leave me crippled in pain after half a day. . I have been very satisfied with this Dansko from the end of July until today. After 3 months of daily wear, working outdoors (gardening), the shaft in the toe area of both shoes began to detach from the sole. If you have foot problems these shoes are very comfortable and probably suitable for a less active lifestyle. At the same time, I encourage dansko

Terribly slippery on a WET FIELD! NOT for kitchen use! Dangerous soles!

I had these shoes almost 3 weeks. I work in a canteen kitchen. The shoes are amazingly comfortable and have great arch support and I was really hoping they would be suitable for kitchen use but they can't. The sole is not slippery and these are literally the worst shoes I have ever had when walking on water on bottom. If you touch even a drop of water on the ground, you'll slip as if on ice! Today there was a woman in my kitchen who had the same shoes (that's why I bought them and the reviews),

Pros
  • Nice to use

  • unreliable

These are the best running/hiking shoes I have ever worn

I wear a slim size 11 but decided to buy these shoes in their largest size 42 EU (which they come in at a size 11.5 -12 have). They just fit so I decided to pack a spare shoe as I was traveling around the UK for 3 weeks. But I wore these shoes every day and they were amazing! They felt a little stiff at first, I had to squeeze my feet in, but hold on! I have never had pain from a fallen arch in my left foot, the support has been the best. It rained, it snowed, I walked cobbled streets and…

Difference between Dansko Peggy and Dansko Paisley

First of all I would like to say that I like both shoes. However, I wanted to write a review to help those of you who may be struggling with shoe selection because they look pretty damn close to identical. Well, if you look closely at each shoe, the shoes look different from the outside. Paisley has very little suede on the outside of the shoe, while Peggy is about 90 percent suede. Another thing is the weight of each shoe. Paisley is a light shoe and Peggy is a heavy one. You can notice a big…

Slip resistance is a lie, Vibram is useless.

***Update!*** About a month ago I noticed that the back of my right heel started to blister. That bubble grew a little and finally burst last week. I now have a large sole stain that sticks with every step. I've never had this in any other pair of shoes I've owned, whether the vibram sole is useless or not. As a former figure skater, I've seen at work how dangerous it is to slip on the wet tile and greasy kitchen floor with these shoes on. But for a pair of shoes from a brand known for their…
