Review on Longruner Raspberry Display 1024X600 Protective by Cardell Haynes

I would give this LCD a 5 but there was a problem with one of the components included. I added the required code to the Raspbian Buster conf.txt file and then proceeded to boot up my Rpi +3B with the LCD attached as per the included instructions on the CD. Once the Rpi booted up, the screen quality looked pretty poor, with reddish noisy lines running across the desktop chassis. This is unacceptable so I was about to return the display for a refund when my daughter, a programmer, suggested I try a different HDMI cable. I was using a 10" LCD with Rpi so I used a 10" LCD HDMI cable instead of the cable that came with the LCD. This immediately solved the display problem. The display looks great and the touchscreen works as advertised. I'm glad I tried a different HDMI cable as I would have returned a working LCD due to the bad HDMI cable that was supplied.
