Did a lot of research, wanted to cover more area. Noise level - THERE IS NONE - how disappointing the fan doesn't work - I was a little doubting this was NEW - you can tell how things are packaged, the cable was wrong and a stain on the front of the unit. - Here is your sign. There were problems with the app, actually thought for hours maybe it wasn't working because the app was down - the app finally worked - NO FAN! Now I have to go through the rings of fire to get that back. So disgusting. I don't bother to buy sundries but it was a pretty decent purchase to have LEMON. The downside is that you don't go to the store, you buy in person. The manual says to change the filters for about a month - they cost about 200.00. So you're looking for an extra 600.00 per month to keep it running efficiently. I already have several devices - Holmes, Alpine Air, Oreck, Ionic Pro Hunter, only two need replacement filters, the rest can be washed, which will save you some money. What a waste. This is from CHINA - no support phone number, just an email address. That is a big problem. I called Revain immediately and am awaiting an email telling me how to get it back. I hope everything goes smoothly - I will update my post as soon as there is a return.
