Great for balance training
They work well. They're slightly elevated so there's some wobbling, but I think this is the perfect way to teach your kids to work on balance. If all wheels touched the ground at the same time, I don't think the balance would be a problem for the rider or prevent him from practicing balance on just two wheels of the bike.
