Review on Enhanced Lighting Control with Lamp 4 Position Circuit Rotary Removable by Jeremy Meza

I've had this switch for seven months now and its behavior hasn't changed. I have an old floor lamp whose switch has become a bit finicky. You could flick it to a new position and sometimes it had to wiggle a bit to get a solid connection. I replaced the old switch with this new one and it was just as finicky and choppy right out of the box. In addition, due to the small diameter handle, it is stiffer and harder to turn. I had to glue the plastic handle over the brass handle. Works, but no better than the old one. There are a few more brands to try at Revain and I'll try them. I'm fortunate that my lamp post has a diameter large enough that I don't have to remove the built in handle to insert the switch into the lamp stem, so any other will do.
