Suitable for shoulder relaxation
Last month I was in a car accident and since then my shoulders have been raised and tipped forward in what seems to be a typical gesture as if to protect the body. But it causes many other back/neck problems. This weighted bandage works really well to relax my shoulders and bring them back in a very comfortable way. I usually wear it for about 20-30 minutes at a time when I'm working on my computer or at night when I'm watching TV. The packaging says "sleep" and there is a picture of a sleeping person next to it, but I can't see how to use it for that. So far, I am very satisfied.
