Faulty part in switches

This item was purchased new and found to be defective. Once plugged in, the computer didn't recognize the sensor in the pedal and generated a code that couldn't be cleared. I went to an auto parts store and got an identical gas pedal there, plugged it in and it worked fine. So I am not satisfied with this purchase.
