Review on 🔋 Tenergy TN474U Portable 4-Bay NiMH/NiCD Battery Charger with LCD Display, USB Input for enhanced AA/AAA NiMH and NiCD Battery Charging by Robert Johnson

Charger: Intuitive. The display is easy to understand. Charges batteries quickly when connected to a 2.5A USB power source. I bought this for my wife, she loves it - she doesn't need a PhD in battery charging to use it and she always has a supply of AA and AAA batteries ready to use. (I swapped out the 120-volt outlet on the kitchen island for one with built-in USB outlets [available at Home Depot], so it's really convenient to use.) Batteries: So far, so good. Tenergy has different classes of AA and AAA batteries. Some are optimized for low self-discharge (long shelf life), some have higher capacity (save more energy), and still others are optimized for low cost. This kit comes with low self discharge batteries which was a good choice from Tenergy. We also bought 12 AA high capacity (2500mAh) Tenergy batteries. I'm looking forward to comparing the performance of the two guys after they've been on the shelf for a while.
