Review on πŸš— 12v Magnetic Trailer Tow Light Kit for Automotive, Marine, Motorhome, Trailer by LifeSupplyUSA by Robert Carlson

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Broke on first use. The magnets are not very strong.

When I first used them, the left light had a serious connection problem on my Jeep. I then used an electronics cleaner and a wire brush to make sure my 4 pin side wasn't the problem. It was not. The left light barely worked unless I put a lot of effort into the two sides of the 4 pin connector. I finally got it working using the XDA cable tie. Anyway, I made my way to the freeway and attached this pair of magnets to a medium sized car trailer. I drove at about 60 mph as my little 99 TJ doesn't like being towed very much (I only moved a trailer and didn't use the TJ to tow a car!). 60 mph is all I needed. Down comes the left light, dangling in the middle of my trailer while shedding half of its red-painted plastic lens. Left at I680, north of Omaha. It almost sounds like a song. Anyway, they were cheap and I took a chance thinking that maybe, just maybe, I'd get a good set. no The set is still running. the left light is off. So the only right turn signal works. If this breaks the traffic rules where you live, then I have a little used set that you might be interested in. You might also move. That sounds terrible.

Pros
  • EXCELLENT QUALITY: Includes 20ft harness with standard 4 wire spade connector for trailer lighting.
Cons
  • Slightly cracked
