I have used LEDs in my Mercedes ML350 for years as the stock bulbs are so weak and the LEDs are so much brighter. I used to use flimsy clips which are always difficult to install and took about an hour to install. I bought these particular LEDs because the adapter looked very easy to install. Even though I had to bend the clip a bit to get the adapter to fit the headlight snugly, I think it was the easiest and quickest installation I've done on this car. Both lamps took less than 5 minutes. Once the adapter is installed, the bulb is inserted into the adapter and held in place by rubber o-rings, like most H7 LEDs I've installed. This allows you to adjust the bulb both in rotation and in depth to get the light output you want. I had no trouble putting the boot back on. The light is bright and I have not received a CANBUS warning. I also seem to have found a spare bulb so you can just pull out and replace the blown bulb without removing the adapter on Amazon. I am very happy with this purchase.
