This device is of good quality and very easy to use. Instructions are easy to understand and follow. I wanted to wait a bit before leaving a review because I wanted it to be honest. I've had this device for about 3 weeks and have done about 4-5 sessions. After the first two sessions I felt like I wasn't seeing any results. So over the next few sessions I cranked the machine up to full blast and really felt the difference. The instruments were hotter, but not too hot to burn skin. I have used this on my stomach and love the handles and they are thinner. So I can honestly say this machine works and give it a try. However, this is not a quick way to lose weight. You need to be in relatively good shape and on your way to losing weight as this will only help with small stubborn areas.
