Very disappointed. My first Hamilton Beach stand mixer was great so I was confident that I would make this purchase. I am returning it after spilling the Caesar salad dressing on the kitchen floor because the bowl's inner stem/hole is so short that it's impossible to cook a large portion of anything without spilling it through the middle is spilled! The shank of the blade is also short compared to my last one, so the bandage spilled under the bowl before I even removed it from the base unit. Terrible design flaw. I can't believe they made it like this, let alone sent it to retail without fixing it.
