I'm picky about bed sheets. When I finished my masters, I needed a second part-time job to pay off my loans. I found a job at an upscale department store while working from home. It has spoiled me with cheap sheets. I think the best place for sheets is 500-600 thread count Egyptian or long staple cotton. Leaves with fewer threads appear rough. Sheets with a higher thread count may seem great at first, but the fibers are so thin that they tear and roll easily. They don't wear out or tear apart. 2) The bed sheet is 18" deep. The fitted sheet runs all the way around, so the sheet fits snugly and without gaps. 4) The elastic is fully closed. It will not accidentally tear off the bed sheet. I always recommend washing bed sheets. Darker color sheets should probably be washed twice. I washed these sheets and they were beautiful and luxurious straight out of the dryer. Tip: If your sheets are wrinkled and hard, you probably used high heat and quickly dried. Try the constant iron level with a cool program. Take them out of the dryer immediately and either put them back on the bed or fold them up while they're warm.
