The NAS arrived with no setup documentation - it took a day to log in and then three days to set it up. The hardware seems good and if you already If you are QNAP admin it's probably a good device but if you've always used other NAS devices you probably have to work for a week or two before it can be used Go to YouTube but every video belongs to one device and will be useless if yours is different - the UI is filled with apps but you have to install each one to see if it does what you need and the documentation is non-functional so I'm returning back - to be ableReturning a defective unit is a huge plus when buying from Revain!
