I love coffee, but not enough to give that kind of money. Their arguments ended when I asked them to explain the fundamental difference in the processes of making coffee. Indeed, in both types of devices, steam at a pressure of 15 bar passes through a washer of ground coffee, extracting everything that is possible from it. But metal is metal - you can't argue. Further, it turned out that among coffee machine lovers there are two polar points of view: a steel brewing unit or a plastic one. Steel is not removed, it is washed automatically, descaling is independent. The plastic assembly is removable, but in cheap machines it is washed by hand, but in such machines as this one, it washes itself when it is turned on, turned off, after preparing a cappuccino and signals the need for descaling. Supporters of steel machines say that their coffee tastes better for the same reasons that lovers of carobs give. And they lie about the fact that the coffee is not hot enough in a plastic machine. I drank lava from this machine. I'll tell you this: the taste is determined by the type of coffee - you just need to choose the one that suits you. Moreover, the same coffee prepared in different ways (Turkish-style welding and in a car) will have a different taste. There are no fundamental differences in the technology of cooking in various devices. Steel brew units are more difficult and more expensive to repair when broken.
