I like that they are very proactive in their approach towards cyber threats - which is something we value highly as it gives us peace-of mind when working with them! They also work closely alongside our internal teams so any issues can be dealt quickly internally if required but still managed by CSO team for wider coverage across all areas (ease of support). The only downside at this time would have been better communication around project delivery dates/estimates given there was quite some delay between contract signing date & first contact being made via email vs website chat option available once signed up. There were delays getting quotes back due mainly because many providers had already closed down or changed service offering after initial enquiry etc., however eventually one provider came through who offered what i needed initially plus additional benefits such as more thorough threat analysis than others did before quoting me price quote.
