I have LOTS of earrings and kept losing them until I found these studs. My problem is that some of my earbuds are VERY thin and the holes in most of my buds are so big they slide right off the thin ones. I have 2 thin stoppers left and was very happy to see that they are perfect for thin wire. They do not work on thicker wire, although they cannot be attached to thicker wire and will bend wires that are softer and not thin enough. It's clear that I'll have to buy a different set of stoppers for my thicker wire earrings, but they're cheap enough that this shouldn't be a problem, and with all those stoppers, they can last a lifetime.
