For this project I needed a car plug and a 12v power cord in case the cords I ordered prove unnecessary. you were! So I think I'll make my own with this one. It's well built. The solder joints are solid inside. And just as important, the strain relief (where the wires enter the device) is molded tight, so you don't have to worry about internal connections coming loose due to stress on external wires. Good buy.
