I like that you can search for different types of help such as technical support or customer service assistance through one platform.
It's very easy for people who are in-network (work at the same place) to use it together because there's an internal link between employee profiles which makes collaboration easier when working remotely, even though we're not physically present on campus. Sometimes if someone has urgent issues within our network then sometimes these urgent requests may be overlooked since most members utilize another avenue to seek information out before contacting their manager directly. This software also allows me to check into projects easily from work so employees don't have to come up with multiple ways of keeping track of what needs done each day/week/month etc.
