My kids have had this table and chairs for 6 years. It has been used every day for these 6 years and I don't mean carefully. It was used for coloring, drawing, eating, assembling lego and school games. The table was a pirate ship, a bear den, a fortress and a stage, and it was just one day. My kids have blown out birthday candles, tea parties and picnics with friends at this table. These four chairs have been dragged out of my house and yard and back. They served as step stools to brush teeth and reach for light switches and sometimes unreachable things. My kids were fighting for the pink chair and 10 minutes later just as passionately for the blue chair. After 6 years of love, use and sometimes abuse, this table and all 4 chairs are still standing. Still functional and strong. do they scratch? Of course! Did we have to tighten any screws? Absolutely! But for the price I paid and the memories we made, I made a hell of a profit.
