UPDATE: I found their support email address in the original box and they responded to my complaint in less than 12 hours. They informed me that they couldn't provide a direct replacement as the model I bought was out of stock, but they offered a refund or a new model and ended up doing both! Throughout our back and forth communication, their replies have always been surprisingly quick and helpful. To be honest, this is a whole new level of customer service that has never been seen before. I still love the color/brightness of their light and if they keep their products that way I will definitely use them again in the future.
