The ease of use, it's ability to pull in data from multiple sources including other 3rd party systems like Zestimate or Trulia etc., as well as being able to import your own information (if necessary). I dislike that they are not open source so we can see how their code works/what kind fo security measures there might be but this may change with time depending upon what features people request most frequently within our organization. We've been using BidBuddy since late 2015 when one of my coworkers suggested looking at them after having some issues getting bids back into QuickBooks Pro+. They were recommended because he had heard good things about their overall quality control and customer service which has always proven itself throughout all stages of implementation across several different customers. It's easy to use and has many features that help us with our daily business needs. The communication between team members in different offices can be improved. We would also love it if some of their services were offered at lower prices. I highly recommend this product! It helps improve efficiency and allows me to focus on my core duties.
