Bidding.Construction was built by general contractors for general contractors. After a project is set up, the automation process takes over: subcontractor invitation reminders, bid due reminders and the software will find more subcontractors for you if you have low bid coverage on certain trades.

Great tool. Easy to use and great customer service!!

The best part of it I've seen so far has to be that they are really customer oriented! They listen what we want in our projects from start till end - even when things go wrong or something new comes out (like e-signatures!). There's been no hassle at all with their service department since my first contact until now; always professional but also very flexible as well! We're still using them because i would like see how other companies compare afterwards :). But overall everything works great…

Great experience dealing directly through sales reps who helped get everything up & running

The ease of use, it's ability to pull in data from multiple sources including other 3rd party systems like Zestimate or Trulia etc., as well as being able to import your own information (if necessary). I dislike that they are not open source so we can see how their code works/what kind fo security measures there might be but this may change with time depending upon what features people request most frequently within our organization. It's an easy to use and affordable construction management program.

I like how easy it makes bidding jobs so that they are not as complicated or time consuming to complete. It's very simple and straight forward which helps save money in regards to labor costs! I dislike having to use this system before getting my job schedule from our office manager instead of being able to access it directly through Bidding Construction.
