Review on 🐾 PawZ Dog Boots - Rubber Dog Booties, Waterproof Snow Boots for Dogs - Paw Protection for Dogs - Pack of 12 Dog Shoes (Black) by Ana Walker

I don't think I've ever given a star before, but this product deserves it. I bought them for my Belgian Tervuren, a 70 lb male. I had him stand on paper, drew lines in front of his claws and just behind the back pad, measured the distance (3 5/8 inches) and followed the appropriate recommendation to order a large size. This size is for an Akita, a Labrador, etc. The aerial part is fine - there is enough room for his paw. HOWEVER (big problem warning), the boot's shank is so narrow that a) it takes two people to put it on the paw, and b) the leg hurts from the constriction - he's holding his paws up and trying not to on them to kick, and c) it's very hard to get the boots off your paws once you've finally put them on because the neckline is so tight. I may have received a defective kit, but this product is useless to me. I have no idea what they were made for - little giraffes? Seriously, the knuckles on these things are so small it's ridiculous. UPDATE: I wrote to Pawz about this but no one replied. I wanted to say to those of you who are having the same problem as us that cutting off the top of the boot just below the edge will work, at least we did. The boots can then be worn by one person (although women may have more problems than men due to arm strength issues - I'm a man and haven't had any problems) and the boots will not fall off if worn for a long time. Stroll. I can't comment on how they continue to actively play or work because we don't do that with this adult dog. I'm leaving my one star review because this is an issue the company really needs to address, even if it's so easy to let customers know with text on the label. The boots seem to work as soon as you change them and if they work they should have better vision than I give them but they are really terrible to begin with and the company's response to my request has been terrible as not present. Pause needs a wake up call so my rating stands. Just know what you're getting yourself into.
