UPDATE (April 1st 2021): Today I got a new tire compressor/inflator. I would like to commend Oasser's customer service. They tried endlessly to leave me a positive experience. It wasn't easy because I was frustrated and ready to give up. The device cost $60, and I felt like the time I wasted fixing the issue was more expensive. They immediately sent a replacement. But I didn't get it because there was no apartment number on the label and the apartment management had to find out who owned the property. In the meantime I informed Osser that I had not received anything. Although Oasser was not at fault, they decided to send another replacement. They wanted to do it right. They stayed positive and did their best to fix the problem. My housing manager delivered the package to me this afternoon and I immediately contacted Oasser to stop sending another apartment. It wasn't until my disappointment wore off that I realized how badly the company wanted to stick with their commitment. In conclusion, I would like to report that the Compressor is good, but the customer service is better. I recommend this compressor to anyone who needs a good tire inflator. First verification: I will provide customer support with a copy of my email at the end. The support reacted immediately. They demanded that I disassemble the device and send them photos. They promised to send replacements but nothing was sent. The customer service rep was spending a lot of time with me and wanted me to post a positive comment so that he would look good in front of his boss. I'm disappointed in the whole experience. Below is my original email. The following messages are meaningless: Hello support, my compressor is not working today. I have to put 5psi in one of my tires every week. Today when I connected the compressor to my tire valve, air started leaking from inside the compressor. The unit turns on but the display only shows me 4.5psi. Before I knew it was a compressor issue, my tire pressure dropped to 18psi. I later tried the device again on a different tire while changing the first tire and it blew the other tire from 32psi to 26psi in a short amount of time. I missed work trying to fix low tires without your supercharger. I don't understand how this device could work normally for several weeks and then suddenly make my situation worse. What is the problem? I read the reviews and nobody reported such a problem. Please reply.
