Review on Washable Microfiber Replacement Bissell Powerfresh by Mark Powell

I know the description says it's for the 1940 Powerfresh but I wanted to see if it would fit the Powerfresh Deluxe 1806 and was pleasantly surprised! It's a tight fit, but it works! So if you have a deluxe and need extra mop heads, this is a great way to save money! 2 pads from Bissell are around $20 and these are only $10! I compared the quality of the mop to the Bissell originals and they are definitely close! They are slightly thinner than the material and slightly smaller than my original Bissell pads. Look at the photos of the Bissell pad and this pad side by side - the only difference is the size! But at half the price, they're a steal! I needed extra pads because the Bissell ones don't clean very well, especially the "scrubbers". And I mop more than once a week and don't want to wash dirty mop pads to mop the floor more than once a week. So now I have some spare parts. I love that these replacement mops have elastic ALL THE WAY, which helps them stretch and conform to my mop. Maybe it suits the 1940 series it was designed for better, but it also suits my Deluxe quite well! The small tab for removing hot, wet pads is on the inside instead of the outside like the Bissell. This is really my only complaint and not worth a single star. I've seen other fakes that don't have elastic all around and slip or don't fit snugly around the base. With these it's not a problem. I am very happy with them and how much money they will save me on a replacement! I'll be back!
