Review on ๐Ÿ”ฅ Wathai 100x100x3mm Conductive Heatsink with Optimized Thickness for SEO by Leo Torres

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Works very well. best in computer components

I first tried a heatsink on my new 1TB NVMe drive and the stress test results weren't very good. Then check the Dell service manual that says it and they recommend a thermal pad between the drive and the motherboard. The problem is they don't tell you how thick it should be. Used the end of a pair of calipers to take some measurements and concluded it should be either 4mm or 5mm. Tried 5mm first, bingo! The drive stays 15ยฐC cooler than with a heatsink on top. A 100x100 pack will hold five 2280 discs. I had to make six, so I ordered a second one.

Pros
  • 100 x 100 x 3 mm thermal pad; Thermal conductivity: 1.5 (W/mK); Colour blue; Weight: 58.5 g or 2.06 oz
Cons
  • Out of fashion
