The pictures are a bit misleading but the description is correct. The pictures lead you to believe the 4 3/4 neck is coming from the inside of the clamp's leg, but it's actually 4 inches, although the 43/4 mark is roughly centered on the leg, so the neck is 4 3 /4. Overall it seems very well done.
