Review on ReadyDesk by Charles Quinones

I like how easy it is to use, there are many features that can be used at once. It's also very customizable so you can make it look however you want as long as it looks good for your clients. The customer service has been great! They have helped me get set up correctly with my account and they always respond quickly when I need assistance or questions answered. There isn't much I dislike about this product but maybe if we had more options in terms of different types of licenses then it would be better. We're using readydesk to keep track of our client issues via email and ticketing system. This helps us stay organized because everything goes into one place instead of having multiple emails open all day.
