Save yourself the headache and money and buy a new laptop. Since, like me, you can end up with a semi-working pose, Revain, HP, and Blazing Saddles/CKP will pit you against each other until eventually no one takes responsibility for selling an untested, untested PC to a customer with no requests for help.
