UPDATE: Support contacted me because I was not satisfied with the product. I was offered a second one for free but didn't need the second one so I got my money back. Nice to know that there is great customer service these days! Thanks very much! The product clip is good, holds tight to the vents, but the clip itself is too wide for my vents. Didn't use a suction cup. I didn't like the phone holder part, it doesn't stay closed no matter how hard I press the textured sides. Does not open easily, very difficult to use and adjust. I ended up using the clip with the Amoner 3-in-1 Car Phone Mount, Dual USB Cell Phone Holder as the phone mount was great, but the flex cigarette lighter mount was not strong, the phone was too heavy for it. and pulled the lighter out of the case. I was glad I could combine the 2 but it's a waste of money to buy 2 because nobody can make a good one that works.
