5 Star Quality, Made in USA, Excellent Dealer Response to Issues. The shower head had a defective part and unfortunately I had to return it. Rusty offered to send in a new one so they would actually support the product. I thought it had great pattern distribution, print, teardrop shape and a nice modern shape with solid steel weight. The chrome finish was very high quality and durable, nothing came cheap about this hand shower and the swiveling head was a plus. Rusty assured me they had never experienced the issue before and I can attest that none of the issues reported in the reviews ever mentioned breaking the welded diffuser in the head and falling out so he was clearly being honest. You should not be disappointed with your purchase.
