DE shaving has made me a total soap snob. My favorite at the moment is Stirling's Naked and Smooth, but it's a close second. The scent on it smells like Lemon Pledge to me, but doesn't last long after shaving. Some people stuff this stuff in a glass and froth it up. However, I apply it to my face (damp face, wet end of wand, rub my face, rub my face with a brush, watch the lather magically appear) and what I get is a nice thick lather with great smoothness. I can shave very closely without irritation and the price of this stuff makes that even more amazing. Less than $2 an ounce? You won't find a better soap for this price. Warranty. So why only 4 stars? The only downside I have is that my face gets a bit dry after shaving, so I don't use it as often as some of the other products I use. I find that using a moisturizer helps with this, but that's not a problem I've had with other soaps or creams like Stirling or Lucky Tiger. While I really enjoy the scent and smoothness of this soap, the drying quality I keep getting makes me wary of buying another stick when this one runs out. If you don't have sensitive skin like I do, then this soap is probably for you.
