I read the reviews from both sides for and against this soap and thought I would give it a try and it was a big mistake, I read several reviews that said it smelled like urinal or strong bathroom cleaner and I agree with the urinal smell on this soap. I couldn't even finish shaving to wash the soap off my face because of the smell which I really don't understand where people think it smells like lemon peel or ivory soap, but this soap is definitely not for me

I put a very small piece in the shaving bowl and it lathered up nicely. To me it smells like ivory soap or something like a urine cake. I had a slight burning sensation on my face, excess glycerine?
