It is certainly NOT a cooling pillow case. There is supposed to be one side that is cool and that other that is not, this just simply isn’t the case. One side may be cool for a few seconds at most before your body temperature warms it up and then it’s a regular pillow case.My other complaint would be that the hole to put your pillow in is much to small. the zipper doesn’t open completely so you have to force your pillow in this hole that just isn’t big enough, was a PIA.It also came in smelling like a nasty fart.As for pros, they are soft, the zipper seems to be of decent quality. And they came quick!P.S. the return label is just laughable. It states that they must be un-used with the tags on or they won’t accept the return. But the truth of the matter is AMAZON checks these returns and they will check for none of those things, so do not worry about returning this if you are not satisfied with the false advertisement.
