We have seasonal camping on a relatively new campsite. As it's new, there aren't many trees around to provide shade. On top of that we have about 4 hours of direct sunlight from the west side (door side) of the motorhome, which our awning cannot prevent. We bought this sun visor and it is much better. It cools down the rest area significantly and prevents the camper from getting too hot from the sun. I highly recommend this sun visor if you want to make your seating area cooler and more comfortable. Measure the length and height of your canopy to ensure you get the perfect fit.
