It took me a little time to get used to the device. For my job I need to be able to download PDF files. There are very few instructions on how to do this, but after many hours of searching, I was able to find a web-based management console that can be accessed from a PC. You can configure the settings using your mobile device. Most useful for me with alerts that can be set up so I know if there's a problem. I highly recommend this device and will insist that it be used for many of the sites my company operates, but the company needs to provide more literature on all the features of the device. In addition, it is very user-friendly.
