The fiber was good for flooring, but over time it began to fall apart and pieces of it fell into the tank. My dragon mistook it for food and ate some of it causing it to become blocked and in turn killing it. He lived about two years with no problems but we had that fiber in his tank for about 3 months and that was all it took to kill him. I don't recommend using this on a bearded dragon as it was an uncomfortable sight when I get home and he is limp and unresponsive due to his death.
