It was a great printer with very little usage for about 1 year and then the evil printer devil rose from his omniscient and destructive corporate den to take over my machine. I only have my 3rd toner cartridge and now every time I go to print I get an error message saying the cover is open. IT IS NOT OPEN! I have to open and close a closed lid, remove and reinsert a toner cartridge so many times that I can't just print anything without wasting 15 inches and going practically insane. BOW! While I'm not a violent person, I plan to make a Youtube video of me smashing this PoS printer to pieces so I can get some artistic satisfaction from my purchase. I am disgusted with every printer brand I have tried. experience with them, they all become obsolete in terms of functionality within a year. Such things are the reason why we have so much plastic waste. Let's organize the people's march against the printers in Washington in 2020! Of course we will print leaflets and who the hell wants to go through such self-torture.
