I bought shoes with Velcro on one side. They are not easy to put on because the foot hole is not easy to pull around a child's foot! I would recommend either getting a size up as recommended or at least getting one of the other designs with a larger opening (both sides open).

- Wanted to love these. They're definitely cute, but won't stay on my 12-month-old leg for long...every time.
