Love how easy and user friendly Concur Insight Tickets truly makes getting things done fast

The ease of use, it's intuitive interface allows us to get up an running quickly without having any previous knowledge or experience in using this software package! I love that they are constantly improving their product/service by adding new features. There is nothing really negative at all about our system; everything works as intended with no problems reported yet from my team members who have been trained so far (and we've only had one training session). We're solving several issues related specifically around ticketing for customer service requests within different departments such as sales support staff requesting information regarding products etc., but also internally where employees need assistance via email / Slack messages which then gets routed through tickets when possible after initial response has occurred directly between users themselves if not resolved immediately upon first message sent out - otherwise will be escalated into manager level personnel until resolution can occur there itself rather than just waiting indefinitely hoping someone else might pick them off before escalation occurs due to time constraints involved during business.
