Easily interchangeable and works well 2011 MDX
The pump was easy to install after removing everything else. Youtube videos are your friend. I recommend buying a belt tensioning tool as it makes the job a lot easier (autozone rents one if you need it). It turns out that the source of my strange noise was the diodes in the alternator, but now I won't worry about the PS pump for a long time.
