At first it was comfortable and easy to fold. I had a space in my studio that I need to keep flexible - to easily clear and store in as little space as possible. This is that chair. I find I need a chair that is comfortable to sit in as well. I get a backache each time I use it for any length of time. I'm 5'9.5".I'm now in the process of returning it (jan, 2022). The seller has approved it (past the normal return date). That is good customer service. I needed to get a box and pay for the postage back to the company. It is not yet clear as to the exact refund amount. Ebay gave me one number but their paperwork for the return suggests it will not be that amount. I will update this post when it is settled. I've increased the rating based on customer service.
