When adjusted, the width was not the same from end to end. It was tight at one end, and there was play at the other. First, unfortunately, I didn't measure it with a micrometer to tell how much it deviated. I had to slowly shave off a piece where they meet and work towards the center until I could "zero" it. I only bought it to use as a single bevel based on some reviews saying how well it works on its own. Thought it might save time, but until I got it working I could have just made it from scrap and saved a few bucks. Overall I liked the concept and maybe I just got one that slipped through quality control, two together on the same sled might work better.
