Works as described.

Corner molding is easy to use and works great. If you use it on a Dewalt construction table saw like I did, you may need to angle grind the notch. The corner bar doesn't move smoothly with the coating Dewalt puts on the table. There are videos about it on youtube.

Pros
  • Permanent test results
Cons
  • Available in black only

None of the mounting bolts will fit

The stems are easy to install with the included hex key and metric bolts. However, the bolts used to attach the carriage to the rungs were too large for the mounting holes on the corner rungs. I had to go to Home Depot to get the right screws. QUALITY CONTROL REQUIRED!

Pros
  • So far, so good
Cons
  • Reliable

Works perfectly. for jigs for jigs

Works great. Measure your corner groove and read the description of the fitting sizes and you will have no problem. It has brass inserts, and brass, being a relatively soft metal, can have a tendency to loosen if the screws are over-tightened. So again, if you're careful, there's no problem. Very good product.

  • Easy Install

Check fastening screws!

I just bought 4 packs of these. The long screws to attach the carriage were the wrong size on all 4 packages. They all came with 10-32 screws, not 8-32. Proper #8-32 x 1/2 in. screws. I had to cut off some drawer pull screws to complete the installation. Easy to install and works great. Just poor equipment quality control.

  • Absolutely amazing!

Wrong mounting screws in 4 separate packages.

The product works great and gives you a nice corner molding that can be customized for your specific corner slots. The problem with this product is related to the mounting screws that come with it. You are the wrong size. I thought it might be a one off issue but I ordered 4 of these and all 4 came with the wrong size mounting screws. I can't believe it could go into production with such a bug. When I went to a big hardware store and bought the right screws, everything worked like clockwork.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • There are bugs

May Not Fit Cross-cut Slide

I followed the instructions and first adjusted them to fit the slots on my 3/4 x 3/8 portable table saw. The next step, however, was to drill through the top of the sled and attach it to the top using the small screws provided. If these sliders need to be adjusted in the future and are glued to the underside of the slide, they don't seem to be readjustable. I prefer a clean and undamaged surface of the sled. I will be looking for a laterally adjustable aluminum angle bar (spring loaded ball…

Be careful I broke my

I installed them on my new slide and then adjusted them several times. While my sled was sliding normally, I found pieces of plastic in one of the channels on the table saw. On closer inspection I see that they have come loose from the bevel. Maybe I overtightened them, or maybe I was a little rough putting them up. I'm not sure if it's not my fault but I don't think I treated them very roughly so I doubt their durability. This is a great idea but I found them a little brittle and when one of…

Not quite free of play

When adjusted, the width was not the same from end to end. It was tight at one end, and there was play at the other. First, unfortunately, I didn't measure it with a micrometer to tell how much it deviated. I had to slowly shave off a piece where they meet and work towards the center until I could "zero" it. I only bought it to use as a single bevel based on some reviews saying how well it works on its own. Thought it might save time, but until I got it working I could have just made it from…

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Without automation

OK, but be careful.

I chose the ZeroPlay corner molding because I didn't want to have moisture-related swelling problems in the hardwood molding. Unlike using hardwood, you can't put the rods in the rail, apply some glue and put the slide/tool on top. Instead, you must ensure that the mounting hole location is reasonably accurate before drilling any countersunk holes. Drill your holes beyond this forgiveness, your slide will not work. As instructed in the instructions, ALWAYS slide a piece of paper (or feeler…
